Diablo 4 players found a secret Temple full of sheep in Season 15
A new mysterious portal leads to a Temple of Baaaaaaal and a very familiar Diablo quest item.
Diablo 4's Season 15 secrets have advanced to a point where sheep have their own dungeon. LoatheBurger has posted a new video about a secret portal to the Temple of Baaaaaaal, where you collect another weird and obscure item that looks like it comes from old Diablo games.
Yes, this is happening, after the cows come the sheeps...
The Portal was discovered in Forlorn Hovel, the location connected to Diablo 4's secret Cow Level. After you have progressed far enough through the Cow Level quest chain to enter that area, you can find a sheep corpse near the door that causes a red portal to appear.
And naturally, that portal leads to a place called the Temple of Baaaaaaal.
The Temple of Baaaaaaal
The temple is as ridiculous as its name. Instead of another dangerous dungeon with demons and a large boss, it is just sheep. There is also a corpse in the middle of the temple. Interacting with it grants you a mysterious quest item called the Map of the Stars.
That name is where it gets interesting. The Map of the Stars comes from the original Diablo game, where picking it up would start a one-hour timer, and if you did not kill Diablo by the end of that, he becomes pretty much unbeatable.
At this point, there is no evidence to say Diablo 4 has reintroduced that mechanic. Nobody knows exactly what the Map of the Stars does in Season 15, and it could be anything.
And also... where is Baal?
Baal. Baaaaal. Sheep...
We have already got a Moophisto, so who knows, maybe a sheep version of Baal would be perfectly appropriate at this point. As things stand now, all we know is that the sheep lead to the Temple of Baaaaaaal, and the temple contains the Map of the Stars.
What happens after that remains a mystery.
