WoW Forever goes live on November 4, but Europe is technically getting a November 5 launch
One global launch time. For most of Europe, that means midnight.

WoW Forever is less than a week away (Yay!), and Blizzard has just published its big launch overview to get everyone ready. So if you still have not checked when you can log in, now is a good time.
The servers go live globally on November 4 at 3:00 p.m. PST, which means everyone gets in at the same moment. For most of Europe, that will be midnight. Of course, it is not a big deal, but if you were planning a long Wednesday evening in Azeroth, it might turn into a late Wednesday night instead.
WoW Forever Launch Time by Region
US West (PST): November 4, 3:00 p.m.
US Central (CST): November 4, 5:00 p.m.
US East (EST): November 4, 6:00 p.m.
UK (GMT): November 4, 11:00 p.m.
Central Europe (CET): November 5, 12:00 a.m.
Eastern Europe (EET): November 5, 1:00 a.m.
Taiwan: November 5, 7:00 a.m.
Korea (KST): November 5, 8:00 a.m.
Sydney (AEDT): November 5, 10:00 a.m.
Blizzard's post only mentioned the PST time, so the other regions are converted.
Raids Open December 9
Naturally, launch day is all about leveling. The three raids, Barrow Deeps, Hyjal Summit, and Onyxia's Lair, open on December 9 for Level 60 characters. Onyxia also needs some preparation before your first visit, which we covered in our raid release article.
Hardcore is not part of launch either. Blizzard says it arrives "sometime after launch," and the BlizzCon roadmap pointed to shortly after release, but there is no date yet.

Before You Log In
If you own one of the Forever packs, early name reservation is open until November 3. Everyone else gets a first shot at names when the servers go live, and full names are first come, first served across your whole region.
The rest, from Rulesets to the new Camping system, is in Blizzard's full launch announcement.
See you in Azeroth at midnight, Europe.
