WoW Forever allows you to get a haircut in the middle of a dungeon
Dalaran's local barber shops are working overtime during dungeon runs, giving you a fresh haircut between pulls.
In World of Warcraft: Forever, even a dungeon run apparently is not a good enough reason to put off a haircut. A player found that Dalaran's barber shop remains usable during the City of Dalaran dungeon, letting you change your character's appearance without leaving the instance.
Apparently, local barbershops refuse to flee or hide when danger is nearby.
It is a funny little detail, and everyone is already hoping Blizzard does not remove it. After all, why should fighting your way through a dungeon stop you from getting a new haircut or your beard trimmed? So if your Heal is suddenly missing, you might want to make sure they are not just getting a new Mohawk...

The barber shop is part of Dalaran as a city, and it seems it just stays open when it turns into a dungeon in WoW Forever. At least you have another reason to appreciate the zone and explore it properly, even if stopping for a trim in the middle of a dangerous expedition probably was not what the developers had in mind.
There is no confirmation that Blizzard plans to change this behaviour, and we definitely hope they do not. For now, you can enjoy the rather unusual convenience of getting a new look while exploring a dungeon. Just do not keep the group waiting too long in the barber's chair.
