WoW Forever reveals new zones and a 10-player raid beyond level 30

Riverglades brings faction conflicts to the mid-levels, and Mount Hyjal closes out the leveling path.

Blizzard has released a lot of different videos over the last few weeks when it comes to Forever. They went over Skyborne, the overall world, new race combinations, classes, and even the original soundtrack. But one thing that was still a bit unknown was the leveling path.

Now, the latest WoW Forever video shows what you can expect past level 30, with a look at the Riverglades, Mount Hyjal, and a new 10-player raid. The video also introduces the factions and storylines we will encounter on our way to level 60.

For those who are not aware, the Beta, which ends today, only allowed you to level up to 30 max. But on release, you will be able to take your character up to level 60. And as a reminder, you can also participate in the Stress Test tomorrow, on October 21.

Riverglades Builds on Factions and Adventures From the Past

Riverglades is a zone split between the Alliance and Horde, and each faction will run into different groups and conflicts.

If you are an Alliance player, you will meet the Brotherhood of the Horse. An old faction from Warcraft II formed from the elite Knights of Stormwind who fought in the battle for Blackrock Mountain. After the Second War, the knights refused to follow Turalyon's forces through the Dark Portal. They wanted to stay behind to protect the rest of the Alliance lands from what was left of the Horde.

Now, they are settled at Farholde Keep in Riverglades, where they continue to fight their old enemies.

If you are playing on Horde, you will encounter the Bolder'ok clan. These ogres left the Twilight's Hammer after the Second War because they witnessed the madness that consumed many of their old friends. They have their own little community now in Riverglades, but they have to fight both their old allies from Krol'dok Stronghold and the humans of Farholde. Sadly, there are not enough resources for everyone...

And then you have the Twilight's Hammer clan. They are a pretty big threat to the Riveglades, and even to the entire Eastern Kingdoms.

Either way, you will be involved in the conflict. You can expect a ton of different quests, including disrupting pirate operations, rescuing a horse, or exploring local stories.

And if you want to prove yourself, you can also visit the Bloodmaster's Ring.

Mount Hyjal Is the Climax of Your Leveling Journey

The video makes it pretty clear that Mount Hyjal is the final stop in your leveling journey.

Malfurion Stormrage and the druids kept the area sealed since the Third War, and it is the first time you can explore the region again.

You will have to work with the Druids of the Talon and other members of the Cenarion Circle to heal the land after the Battle of Mount Hyjal. Both Horde and Alliance are living there as well, but opening the gates might have triggered some old tensions again...

There is also a mysterious quest focused on a curious Crow and sinister Warlock activities. What will you uncover there?

It would not be World of Warcraft if you were not able to participate in any Raid. Mount Hyjal is also where you can find Barrow Deeps, the new 10-player raid. The Raid takes place inside a prison that once held "one of Azeroth's most infamous betrayers."

But that is all we can say about it for now.

Riveglades and Mount Hyjal are the two important zones during your leveling, and once you hit 60, the 10-player raid is pretty much where serious things will start. But you will definitely have many ways to explore Azeroth before you reach max level!
