WoW Forever's launcher already shows the live client for a few lucky players
It looks like the game can be downloaded right now, even before name reservations open on Tuesday.
You might already be able to pre-install WoW Forever.
Since the Beta ended, we saw a lot of reports about players being able to install WoW Forever ahead of the game's character creation time on October 27.
Blizzard's own instructions say that eligible players can select WoW Forever from the launcher's game version menu and install it. But this should only be available for people who pre-purchased Skyborne packs and have access to the early name reservation.
The option does indeed not appear to be available to everyone. You might only see the message "This game cannot be installed yet" instead.

Players with an upgrade say Forever's Install button already works in the launcher, two days before character creation opens Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. PDT. The catch is the account boxโฆ
The Client May Already Be On Your PC
After checking the launcher, we realised that our own WoW Forever EU client was already listed as installed, with the Play button greyed out. Its version number also matches the 1.60.1.70532 build reported by others.
That raises the possibility that if you installed the beta or stress test, you might already have the files needed for the current client. So you will, in theory, only need to download the upcoming updates Blizzard makes for the live version.
It does not seem to be a universal thing, though. For some accounts, it just remains greyed out until official pre-downloads really open.
And seeing the game listed as installed also does not necessarily mean the real launch version is already downloaded.
Either way, Early Name Reservation opens tomorrow, on October 27, and those who have access to that will anyway be able to download the game soon. It does not change anything if you cannot download it early, since the game cannot be opened yet anyway, so do not panic if the installation is not yet possible for you.
