Diablo 4 players are getting bonus Tree caches for Season 15's delay
Every Grim Favor turn-in now comes with an extra cache through October 7.
The launch of Diablo 4 Season 15 was delayed, so Blizzard is offering a bit of compensation in the form of extra gifts from the Tree of Whispers!
The Gift of the Tree will be running from September 23 to October 7. Players who submit Grim Favors will receive a bonus Gift of the Tree Cache on top of the rest of the rewards. The event is already live, so you can go enjoy the extra loot.
Time to Level an Alt
The event is the same as always, you earn a bonus Gift of the Tree Cache per Grim Favor during the next two weeks, and that also means bonus experience.
The timing is great for anyone who is still leveling a new Seasonal character. Grim Favors can be completed when you do Helltide or other normal activities, so you can just complete your usual content and hand in your Whispers here and there. There is also a cool trick for anyone who wants to level up an Alt, because you can save the additional caches in your stash, log in with a new level 1 character, and open the caches on that one. He will then get all the loot and experience. You need around 8/10 caches in theory to bring your character to level max, or at least close to it.
So if you are still trying to finish the Season Journey, level an alt, or just looking for some extra loot, do not forget to submit your Grim Favors to the Tree before October 7!

To make up for lost time, Gift of the Tree will be active 9/23 - 10/7, with bonus Gift of the Tree Caches for completing Grim Favors.
