Blizzard lays down strict rules for its WoW Forever bug report forum
Blizzard wants reproducible reports, useful evidence, and fewer off-topic discussions.

This one is not directly "in-game" related, but more for players who are actively using the official forum and reporting bugs.
Blizzard has published new guidelines for the WoW Forever bug report forum, asking players to keep their posts focused on reproducible issues and provide clear evidence when reporting problems.
Any off-topic discussions and unproductive posts will simply be removed.
The forum exists to help Blizzard's Quality Assurance team investigate bugs. Discussions, speculation, and unrelated replies are not helping developers identify and reproduce reported issues. So you need to stick to the problem you are trying to report.
State what the issue is, what you were doing when it happened, and provide screenshots if possible. No speculation about what could cause it, and no post that simply complains something is not working as intended.
Do not expect or request official responses in your threads either. The developers read every post, but they cannot reply to all of them.
A lack of response does not mean a report has been ignored, nor does it confirm that an issue is not a bug.
How to Report Bugs in WoW Forever
If you want to participate in these discussions and help the developers identify any issue, or you just found a really annoying bug and want to report it, this is what you need to do:
Head to the Official Bug Report Forum.
Check if there is already a post about the same bug. If yes, you can reply to that post and add your own report under the same post. If the bug has not been reported yet, create your own post.
Start with a brief summary of the issue you are reporting. Try to keep this to one sentence if possible. You want it to be as clear as possible.
Provide detailed, numbered steps listing out the actions required to reproduce the issue you encountered. So basically:
What were you doing when it happened exactly
Was it during a quest or exploration
Were you fighting an enemy
Were you in a party or solo
Did you play on PvP, PvE, or RP servers
Any detail that could help reproduce the same situation
Provide a conclusion at the end highlighting the expected behavior as well as the incorrect or bugged behavior.
It is also always a good idea to include the full name of your character and the ruleset you were playing on when you encountered the issue.
Provide any video, screenshot, or anything that could help
The goal of this forum is really to gather as many bugs as possible and provide an easy way for developers to go over everything, reproduce the same problems, and fix them in the process.
Welcome!
Please read this before posting in this forum. What follows are guidelines for how this forum should and shouldn’t be used.
WoW Forever Bug Report Forum Guidelines:
Please do not post off-topic banter or discussions.
The purpose of this forum is to report bugs which our Quality Assurance team may review, reproduce, and work to fix. Unproductive conjecture or discourse distracts our analysts from finding and reproducing bugs.
Topics or replies that are not focused on reporting bugs or providing steps or other evidence to reproduce the issue will be removed.
Please provide clear steps to reproduce your issue.
If possible, please provide links to videos, screenshots, or some other explanatory details. This saves a great deal of time.
Please do not ask for a Blizzard/Blue response in your posts.
Not getting a Blizzard/Blue reply does not mean that your issue is or is not a bug, and it does not mean that your post has been ignored. We read every single post in this forum. We cannot reply to all (or even most) threads.
Please keep these guidelines in mind before making a post in this forum. We intend to strictly remove unproductive posts.
