Diablo 4 fixes its missing Resplendent Spark, and the infinite Butcher is gone
Hotfix 4 also re-enables a Warlock upgrade and closes a Prime Evil Council XP and loot exploit.
Blizzard has just released Hotfix 4 for Diablo 4 Patch 3.2.1, which fixes the Seasonal Reputation Resplendent Cache so that it properly awards a 
Resplendent Spark. Moreover, the update also stops The Butcher from spawning infinitely and increases the cooldown on loot from the Prime Evil Council, which players could use to earn excessive experience and rewards.
Warlocks also get the 
Lesser Demon Bonus Bonus upgrade back after its unintended damage was fixed. Besides these, there are a few other fixes that cover missing Horadric Cube materials, blocked Class quests, variant Skills on Nintendo Switch 2, and Wirt's Lucky Coins disappearing without opening the Tristram portal.
Blizzard has not said if players who already opened their Resplendent Cache without receiving the reward will be given one retroactively.

Fixed an issue where the Tristram fountain would consume Wirt’s Lucky Coins but fail to open a portal.

Fixed an issue where the 5-set bonus for the Old Mountain Talisman combined with Grief resulted in unintended damage.
Fixed an issue where players on Switch 2 could not use variant skills added with the Lord of Hatred expansion.
Fixed various instances where Class quests could not be completed.
Fixed an issue where the Prime Evil Council fight could be used to gain excessive amounts of experience and loot.
Developer’s Note: The cooldown for the Prime Evil Council granting loot has been increased.
Fixed an issue where Horadric Cube Crafting Materials weren’t being rewarded with their associated Kurast Undercity Tributes.
Fixed an issue where The Butcher could be spawned infinitely.
Fixed an issue where the Resplendent Cache from Seasonal Reputation did not grant a Resplendent Spark.
