Moophisto is finally dropping his missing loot again in Diablo 4

The latest hotfix also shuts down an Elite-spawning exploit in Training Grounds.

Blizzard has released the first hotfix for Diablo 4 Patch 3.2.2, and they fixed two small but useful problems in Season 15. The biggest one concerns Moophisto, who apparently has not been giving all of the loot he was supposed to. The hotfix also closes an exploit that allowed you to spawn more Elite monsters inside Training Ground dungeons.

So overall, very small problems, but they eventually needed to be fixed, especially for the loot one. Let's go over the two issues and why they needed to be fixed!

Moophisto Give Loot Now, and Training Grounds Are Fixed

This one was really annoying if you had the bug. Players have been spending Prime Ribs on Moophisto only to walk away with fewer rewards than expected, if you got rewards at all. Sometimes he would literally give you nothing, so your Ribs would essentially be wasted. That should no longer happen. This includes his special rewards such as the Bell of the Bovine and Udder's Milk.

Both of these special items were dropping when the Boss was added as an Event before the Season, but then stopped appearing properly in Season 15. These items are still not guaranteed drops, so fixing the issue does not mean every Moophisto kill will suddenly hand them over. It should simply mean the loot table is working as intended again.

So if you still have a pile of Prime Ribs sitting around, Moophisto is once again worth spending them on.

The other fix is about an exploit involving Training Ground dungeons. You could use an interaction to spawn Elite monsters inside the Training Grounds to farm additional enemies, loot, and reputation in a place that was not meant to work that way. That interaction has now been fixed, so the Training Grounds should be back to normal. You will have to find another farming spot!
