You can get a ridiculous cow pet from Moophisto in Diablo 4 Season 15
Marquis Milky is a tiny crowned cow with an axe, because apparently Diablo needed this.
Diablo 4 Season 15 has another ridiculous cow secret to discover, and this one lets you bring a tiny crowned bovine with an axe along for the ride.
Marquis Milky is a hidden pet that has a chance to drop from Moophisto the Divine Bovine, the giant cow version of Mephisto hiding at the end of the Secret Cow Level. Yes, he really is a little cow wearing a crown and carrying an axe. Diablo has officially gone too far.
The pet is a rare drop, though, so you will need to get comfortable fighting Moophisto if you want to add Marquis Milky to your collection.
How to Reach Moophisto
Getting to Moophisto is not as simple as finding a normal Lair Boss. He is tucked away in the Bovine Sanctum, a hidden area connected to Diablo 4's Secret Cow Level.
First, you will need access to the Secret Cow Level. Season 15 added a shortcut for players who have already unlocked the required cow secrets, but you can also have another player use the Moo emote near you to unlock the relevant inscription and gain access to the portal.
Once inside the Secret Cow Level, your target is the Cow King.
Farm Prime Ribs From the Cow King
The Cow King drops Prime Ribs that are needed to unlock the next part of the secret. You will need five Prime Ribs for the full process. Usually he drops all 5 at once, but you might need to defeat him multiple times.
You do not have to farm the Cow King on a specific level, because he does drop the Ribs on any difficulty. So do not feel forced to do it on Torment 12.
Once you have collected them, head to the Altar of the Heifer in Skovos, just northeast of the Tyrael's Encampment Waypoint.
Interact with the altar while carrying the Prime Ribs, and you will be transported to the Bovine Sanctum. The first altar does not consume the Ribs, but you do need them to be able to interact with the statue.
The Bovine Sanctum is a full area separate from Sanctuary with NPCs, a Waypoint, etc., so you do want to get the teleport in case you ever need to come back later on.
Summon Moophisto
Once you are inside the Bovine Sanctum, head north toward the large arena. You will find another Altar of the Heifer in the middle. This time, placing your five Prime Ribs into the altar consumes them and summons Moophisto the Divine Bovine.
And yes, it is exactly as ridiculous as it sounds... You are fighting a giant demonic cow version of Mephisto.
Moophisto has several dangerous attacks, including large AoEs, charging cattle, damaging beams, and an attack that forces you to hide behind pillars. He is kind of serious, so make sure you have a really good build before you head in.
Moophisto Can Drop a Secret Pet
Defeating Moophisto gives you multiple possible rewards. The Brisket of the Bovine chest cosmetic can drop from the boss, on top of a lot of gear and materials, and a good chance for Mythic items as well.
But the really funny reward is the one you will have to get really lucky for.
LoatheBurger@loatheburger𝕏Moophisto has a chance to drop a cow pet - Marquis Milky! #DiabloIV
Marquis Milky is a hidden pet that has a chance to drop from Moophisto. It is a miniature version of the Cow King, and yes, this tiny Cow is wearing a little crown and carrying an axe, because why not. At this point, nothing is too weird for Diablo.
There does not appear to be a guaranteed way to get Marquis Milky, so if you want the pet, you will need to keep farming Moophisto and hope the bovine god RNG is on your side.
At least you will know what to do with your leftover Prime Ribs now.
