The Tree of Whispers is suddenly a dead end in Diablo 4 Season 15
A blank reward screen can lock affected characters out of earning any more Grim Favors.
Blizzard is currently investigating a Tree of Whispers reward bug that is preventing some Diablo 4 players from claiming their cache in Season 15.
After collecting the required Grim Favors and interacting with the Tree, the reward selection window can appear empty (completely blank). With nothing to select, affected characters are stuck waiting to claim their reward and cannot begin earning more Grim Favors. A few players have also reported that this even prevents them from continuing related War Plan progress, and restarts and difficulty changes do not appear to help either.
Reports in the forum thread describe the same problem on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox, so it does not appear to be limited to one platform.
Players have tried restarting Diablo 4 and Battle.net, changing difficulty tiers, and moving between locations. None of those attempts seem to provide a real fix, and there is no confirmed workaround at the time of writing.
