Diablo 4 finally lets you unlock Expert and Penitent much earlier in Season 15
You no longer need to finish the campaign, and higher Torment levels are also getting more XP.

You no longer need to finish the campaign, and higher Torment levels are also getting more XP! Yes, Diablo 4 is making one small but long-requested change to the difficulty progression in Season 15.
Starting with Season of Hell's Legacy, Expert and Penitent difficulties will unlock as soon as you complete the Prologue. Previously, you had to complete the campaign before getting access to them. It is a small change, but at least now you can increase the difficulty of the main campaign directly after the Prologue, without first having to complete Diablo 4's entire main story.
This is particularly useful if you already know the campaign by heart and just want to get a new character leveled through it. At least you can do so in harder difficulty now.
Torment Levels Are Also Giving More XP

Blizzard is also increasing the Bonus Experience provided by the higher Torment difficulties. So now you will get more XP once you pass T10:
Torment 10: 1,200% → 1,300% Bonus Experience
Torment 11: 1,300% → 1,500% Bonus Experience
Torment 12: 1,400% → 1,700% Bonus Experience
These are not the biggest changes of Season 15, but both are very welcome and should make leveling and progression a little less tedious. And that is exactly what you want from a couple of small quality-of-life changes.
