Diablo 4 players are still hunting for the secret behind Theodore's Head in Season 16
Theodore's Head and Lester's Farm are still around, but the teddy bear's secret remains unsolved.
Diablo 4's Season 16 PTR has brought back an unusual piece of Season 15 content: Lester's Farm, the Diablo: Hellfire dungeon.
It is the only Season 15 overworld dungeon to return in the current PTR, and it raises questions about the game's unsolved mysteries.
You can also still fish up Theodore's Head in Old Tristram, and back in Hellfire, Theodore the Teddy Bear can be found inside the Hive, which is in theory located beneath Lester's Farm.
Could these two pieces be connected? Players are still looking for answers, and a teddy bear pet is one possible reward we could get. However, nobody has confirmed a secret interaction or reward so far.

What Connects Theodore's Head to Lester's Farm?
Theodore's Head is a Mythic-quality junk item that you can fish up in Tristram. Despite its rarity, it has no known practical use, and the game does not explain why it exists. Its description references Celia, a character from Diablo: Hellfire, and her missing teddy bear.
In the original Hellfire expansion, a cut quest called Little Girl involved Celia losing her teddy bear, Theo, to a bug that carried it into the Festering Nest. A Hork Demon in the Hive was responsible for taking the toy. It seems both this quest and Theodore's Head are somehow linked... We know a little girl who is not going to be happy about Theo losing his head...
Lester's Farm recreates the same area from Hellfire as a Waking Nightmare in Season 15. You travel through the farm and go down into the Hive, where you can encounter a Hork Demon.
Has Anyone Found the Secret Yet?
Not that we can confirm. Players fished up Theodore's Head and took it into Lester's Farm to test if it would trigger anything, but so far, nothing happened.
That doesn't rule out every possible interaction, but let's not forget that Blizzard also mentioned in the PTR notes that they did not include everything.
They wanted the PTR to focus on the new content. So anything related to Season 15 that we might notice in PTR may not lead anywhere because it is just not time yet...
