Diablo 4 3.3.0 PTR known issues, character copy is down and Horadric items are bugged
The Season 16 PTR opened today, and Blizzard already has a list of bugs it plans to fix before 3.3.0 ships. Character copy is the big one.

The Diablo 4 3.3.0 PTR just started, and Blizzard is already sharing their list of known issues. The biggest one is that we currently cannot use the character account copy, so we are unable to bring our own characters over to test Season 16.
There are a few other known issues related to the Horadric Item system, Talisman Sets, and War Plans. With a full week of testing in front of us, we can only hope that some of these issues are fixed during the test phase, but Blizzard does not make any promises.
What is Important to Know
Here are the most interesting parts of the blue post:
Character copy is broken. This one affects everyone, and until it is fixed, testing means starting from a new character instead of a character with gear you have on live.
Three Horadric Item bonuses do not work as intended. This may significantly impact Warlock and Paladin theorycrafters when they test for new builds and synergies.
The Talisman sets
Song of the Old Mountain (Druid) and
Spellbound Steel (Rogue) also have their issues and do not work as expected. Alts may show no shared War Plans points initially, but changing zones fixes the issue. There are also some known issues regarding the new Tyrael's Boons.
All of these issues will be fixed for the release of Season 16. There is no promise from Blizzard that they will fix it this week.
Full Blue Post
Hi all,
Welcome to the PTR known issues thread. The list below calls out issues we are aware of and intend to address by the official release of 3.3.0
General
Character account copy does not function.
Horadric Items
Warlock (Flesh of Abaddon): The bonus damage while in Demonform may not apply until you leave and re-enter Demonform.
Warlock (Fulcrum of Mephis): The chance to turn slain enemies into Lesser Demons only works while you have the actual Fulcrum of Mephis set bonus, not just the bonus from the Horadric Item.
Paladin: The bonus damage to Weakened enemies doesn’t apply.
Talisman Sets
Druid (Song of the Old Mountain): The 5-piece bonus still gives its Petrify explosion 200% bonus damage instead of the updated 300%.
Rogue (Spellbound Steel): The 5-piece bonus doesn’t increase Shadow Imbuement when used by Shadow clone
War Plans and Tyraels Boons
Alternate characters may show no shared War Plans points until you change zones.
The Merchant of Mystery may appear in pre-Torment difficulties
The Lair of Runes node doesn’t increase rune drops from Lair Bosses.
