Diablo 4's new Horadric Items could change how you build around Talismans
Diablo 4 Season 16 lets you supercharge Charm Bonuses with new Legendary items that synergize with your Talisman sets.

The Death Cult of Ullo Sar keeps spreading their message through Sanctuary, offering salvation through death. But for once, they might come with something cooler than pain and anguish.
This Cult is introducing Horadric Items in Diablo 4 Season 16. These are Legendary items that will create new synergies between your equipped gear and your Talisman set bonuses. You will find new Horadric affixes that basically modify a specific Talisman set, and the effects depend on the item type.
Jewelry Items Increase Set Bonuses
Horadric Jewelry is probably the most important part, and it could ultimately change the way you build around Talismans.
Jewelry items with Horadric affixes increase your set bonus count by 1. So, for example, if you have a Horadric Ring with a Horadric Affix for the
Rite of the Nameless Talisman set, this Ring will add +1 to that same set.
And you guessed it, this means you can equip fewer charms of the same set.
Let's go over a more detailed example. Let's pretend you have one Horadric Amulet and 2 Horadric Rings. All 3 have +1 to
Legacy of the Sightless. This means that in order to get your +5 Set bonus for
Legacy of the Sightless, you only need to equip 2 Sightless charms. This leaves the other slots empty for Unique charms or a second set bonus.
You do need to have at least one Charm of the set equipped for the Jewelery bonuses to count.

Armor & Weapons Add New Effects
Armor and weapons work differently than Jewelry. These will grant new effects that activate if you have at least a 2-set bonus active already.
You can get things such as skill rank bonuses, bonus damage, or even improved defensive bonuses.

Of course, this will come with its own difficulties, since rolling the required set bonuses will most likely take a few tries. But it also means that you can push your favorite build even further.
Blizzard did not specify if these can drop randomly or if they have to be crafted through the Horadric Cube, so we will have to wait for PTR to know more about it.
