Diablo 4 brought back Squirt with a useful Secret Cow Level shortcut
Squirt the Peddler can sell a new pouch, and you can skip most of the cow questline in future seasons.

Diablo 4's Secret Cow Level has a lot of weird little steps to work through, but Season 15 has added another shortcut for those who want to pretty much skip the entire quest next season. If you played previous Diablo games, you probably know this NPC. Squirt the Peddler has returned, and she has a special inventory waiting for those who completed parts of the cow questline.
A New Cow Pouch
In Diablo 4, you can find Squirt the Peddler in Temis, south of the waypoint near a fountain. Under normal circumstances, she does not have much to offer beyond a Broken Bottle that she can restock for free. So if you did not start the Cow Level quest at all, this vendor is not going to be very useful for you.

That changes after you progress with the cow quests and combine the
Stamina Potion, Rusted Bardiche, and Neyrelle's Hand in the Horadric Cube. This creates the Trophy of the Faithful, and clicking that gives you the "Moo" Emote and the Torn Page, and you need those to unlock the Secret Cow Level.
After that, you can collect three Rusted Cowbells while fishing and combine them with the Torn Page in the Cube to create a special pouch called "Outcast's Travel Pouch".

This Pouch basically contains all three items needed to reach the Cow level. And once you have the pouch, Squirt permanently adds that same cache to her inventory for your account. It costs 10 million gold, and restocking it costs 20 million. But because it unlocks the item at the vendor for your entire account, it means that you can simply buy it again next season instead of repeating the entire questline.
So when you start Season 16, you can buy the pouch from Squirt, get the Potion, Bardiche, and Hand again, and go open your Portal to the Secret Cow Level, essentially skipping the entire annoying part of the Cow quest. It is probably one of the most useful things to do before the Season ends. And thanks to LoatheBurger for the tip!
