Season 14 is almost over, so grab these Pandemonium Fragments while you still can
They barely drop, and your final Mythic upgrades depend on them. Here is the fastest way to farm the last few before the season ends.

Maybe you are already done with Diablo 4 Season 14 since a few weeks. After all, the season is almost over, and everyone is just waiting for Blizzard's next big announcements during BlizzCon since they confirmed that they will reveal more about Season 15 during the event. But if you are still playing Season 14, there are a few things you can still do, because if you are trying to finish upgrading your Mythic gear, you will probably need Pandemonium Fragments.
The problem is that these are not exactly raining from the sky. So if you are still grinding for the final few upgrades, here is exactly what you need to farm.
Your Best Option Is the Corrupted Reaper
The best way to get Pandemonium Fragments is by farming the Corrupted Reaper at the Pandemonium Threshold near Zarbinzet.

You can access him once you reach Torment 1. Defeating the boss and opening its hoard chest gives you Pandemonium Fragments.
At lower Torment Tier, you get between 1 and 2 fragments per chest
At Torment 12, you get 2 per chest
If you picked the Lair Boss War Plan upgrade that gives you a second chest, you can get 4 Fragments per run on T12

So if you are specifically farming Fragments, this is what you want to focus on.
You Will Need Superior Lair Keys
Of course, you need Superior Lair Keys to open the boss chest, meaning you cannot simply sit at the Pandemonium Threshold and farm Corrupted Reaper forever. You will first need to farm the keys by defeating normal and Greater Lair Bosses.
So the basic farming loop is pretty simple:
Farm Lair Bosses → get Superior Lair Keys → use them on Corrupted Reaper → open the chest.
If you are specifically looking to maximize your Fragment farming, make sure you are running the appropriate War Plan upgrade to take advantage of the extra chest.
Do Not Forget Your Seasonal Reputation Caches
As you are farming, make sure to check the seasonal reputation board here and there and pick up your Glints of Hope caches as well.

These have a chance of dropping Pandemonium Fragments. You gain reputation automatically as you play, so when you head back to town to salvage, just make sure you pick those caches up. It is obviously not as reliable as repeatedly farming Corrupted Reaper, but it is an additional way of getting a few fragments on top of your Reaper farming.
Free fragments are still fragments.
So, What Is the Best Farm?
If you are trying to get the last few upgrades before Season 14 ends, the basic strategy is:
Farm normal and Greater Lair Bosses to collect Superior Lair Keys
Head to the Pandemonium Threshold near Zarbinzet
Farm Corrupted Reaper and open the hoard chest
Collect your Glint of Hope reputation caches for additional chances at Fragments when you head back to town
It is not exactly the most exciting activity, but if you are trying to max out those final Mythic upgrades, this is basically what your remaining Season 14 grind looks like. Considering Season 15 is almost here, you only have a limited amount of time left to finish it anyway.
