Diablo 4 has a special title for players brave enough to beat this on Hardcore
Defeating the Echoes of the Horadrim on Hardcore unlocks a fitting new title.

Diablo 4's Echoes of the Horadrim are already one of the hardest challenges Season 15 has to offer, but Hardcore players get a little something extra for surviving the fight.
If you manage to defeat the Echoes of the Horadrim on Hardcore, you unlock a special title for your character. Yes, beating Neyrelle, Donan, and Lorath lets you finally show off your talents to everyone. It is a small reward, but considering what you have to do to earn it, it is probably one of the more appropriate titles Blizzard could have added. Now you can officially put the word "Hardcore" under all your characters.

The Echoes of the Horadrim are linked to Season 15's long
Lucky Coin questline, and solving all the puzzles eventually leads to one of the hardest encounters currently available in Diablo 4. On a normal character, dying is already painful enough when you are trying to get through the fight, but on Hardcore, of course, a failed attempt means losing the character entirely. That makes the title a pretty good way of showing that you managed to take down the Horadrim without having a second chance.
There is no complicated additional achievement requirement here. Beat the Echoes of the Horadrim on Hardcore, and the title is yours. For everyone else, well... if you see someone running around with this title, you know they probably had significantly more confidence in their Hardcore character than most of us would.
And if you are curious about the quest, we broke it down in another article, so go check it out:
