If you suddenly have paid cosmetics in your Diablo 4 Wardrobe, turns out Blizzard gave some away
Patch 3.2.2 accidentally granted paid cosmetics to some accounts, besides Paladin and Warlock.

Patch 3.2.2 apparently came with a little extra surprise for Diablo 4 Season 15, in the form of a whole bunch of free cosmetics. After the patch went live, people started logging into their accounts and discovering that cosmetics they had never purchased had suddenly been added to their collections. And we are not talking about one random item either. There are reports of entire armor sets, weapons, mounts, and other cosmetics across multiple classes. It seems like just Paladin and Warlock slipped through and got nothing...
Blizzard has now confirmed that this was a bug, but there is a surprisingly nice ending to the story. If you got the free cosmetics, you get to keep them.
No More Accidental Giveaways
Blizzard explained that an issue around the launch of Patch 3.2.2 caused certain cosmetics to be awarded to players when they logged in. The problem has since been fixed, so no more free cosmetics now. However, anyone who received the cosmetics before the fix will keep them.
Hey everyone,
We wanted to provide a quick update regarding some cosmetics that were unintentionally granted to players around the launch of Patch 3.2.2.
Shortly after the patch went live, we identified an issue that caused certain cosmetics to be awarded to some players when they logged in. We’ve since resolved the issue and additional grants are no longer occurring. For those who received the cosmetics before the issue was corrected, you’ll be able to keep them.
We know many of you noticed and had questions about what happened, so we wanted to be transparent about the situation and clarify our plans.
Thanks, everyone!
So if you happened to log in at the right time and suddenly found a bunch of new outfits in your wardrobe, congratulations. Those are apparently yours now.
Did the Game Pass Cosmetics Accidentally Get Handed Out?
There is an interesting connection here. It seems like the cosmetics we got for free are part of Diablo 4's existing Xbox Game Pass cosmetic promotion. So if you are subscribed to Game Pass and your accounts are connected, you will most likely not notice any new cosmetics. But for those who do not have Game Pass, you probably got one of these sets for free:
Brazen Bull Barbarian armor
Curseborn Creature Rogue set
Thunderstag Druid set
Void Jackal Necromancer set
Inquisition of the Black Flame Sorcerer set
Sadly, not everyone got something, especially Warlocks and Paladins. Either way, the result was pretty funny. A lot of people suddenly logged in to find their wardrobes looking considerably more expensive than they were the day before. And Blizzard is not taking them back! This is probably the most surprising part. They could have simply removed the cosmetics after fixing the problem, but instead, you get to keep them. For once, a Diablo 4 bug came with a pretty nice reward.
