Diablo 4's latest weird bug brings Goblin Altars straight into town
The clickable altars usually do nothing, but some players have spotted other strange spawns in town.

With all the unusual secrets that we had to figure out in Diablo 4 Season 15, it would not be that uncommon to suddenly find a Goblin Altar in town that requires some secret item to be activated. And that is exactly what players have been wondering lately.
It seems like War Plans create a very strange bug that allows Goblin Altars to somehow teleport back with you to Temis. They are clickable, but they are not really doing anything once they are located in town.
What Is Causing the Bug
So this issue comes from your Nightmare Dungeon War Plan. If you have the Altar of Avarice node activated in that plan, you might sometimes see the Altar in town instead of inside the Nightmare Dungeons. Not a big deal on its own since it will still appear during your dungeon runs, and it does not really do anything in town, so you can just ignore it.

Temis Has Seen Stranger Things
It is definitely not the first time, nor the weirdest thing Temis has seen so far. The town has been subject to strange apparitions for a few Seasons now, and it just gets funnier when you look at it all.
Horadric Altars can sometimes be spotted in town
Piles of random loot that you cannot pick up
The Butcher hanging out in a corner... After all, I am guessing he does need to go shopping from time to time as well...
Other weird oddities
So if you see anything out of place inside of Temis, you can try interacting with it, but chances are the town is just haunted at this point. At least Sanctuary's problems occasionally provide some entertainment without requiring you to fight for your life.
